Basis: MS Polymer
MS201 is one component sealant basing on silyl modified polymer. It can spread and react with moisture to a soft elastic product. The skin formation and curing times relate to the humidity and temperature and also depend on its thickness. Higher temperature and moisture can boost its curing and lower temperature as well as low moisture will retard the process.
MS201 can spread and smooth by itself for its lower viscosity, it is suitable to pour into notches or holes for filling and sealing.

With very lower VOC, odorless, free of solvents such as isocyanates, benzene, formaldehyde
Easy spread by itself, Keep smooth after curing.
With hardly any shrinkage, can keep original full shape after curing finish
Keep better elastic strength even during -40℃——100℃.
Good UV resistance and can therefore be used for interior and exterior.
Excellent cohesion for lots of substrates and paints.
Typical Applications:
MS201 is suitable to seal all kinds of holes and grooves in manufacture and repair, including traffic tools, electric equipment, hardware and furniture.
Using example:
For waterproofing and anticorrosion by pouring into the sunken bolts and sunken rivets
Sealing the parts by pouring in the equipment manufacture.
Using in furniture making for sealing.
For spraying as an elastic coating in industry.
Applying indication:
The gaps or the grooves need to be cleaned up and keep dry prior to pouring，to confirm there are no water and grease.
For deeper gap, the sealant in the bottom will take more days to finish cure.
Due to the large kinds of different substrates, especially rubber, plastic and coating, applying trials are necessary prior using.
The suitable working temperature is +15——+40℃，the flowing ability will descend in cold condition, warm it before using in this time.
