From September 15 to 17, 2026, the 29th China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition (ASE CHINA 2026) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Qingdao Ledar Chemical Co., Ltd. showcased its core sealant products and solutions at this premier industry event, connecting with peers and partners from around the world.

The exhibition reached a new scale milestone, covering over 40,000 square meters with 710 exhibitors and attracting professional visitors from 79 countries and regions. As a subsidiary of CIMC New Eco-Materials Co., Ltd., which is directly affiliated with CIMC Group, Qingdao Ledar Chemical specializes in sealants, adhesives, polymer extrusion, and composite materials, providing professional material solutions for prefabricated buildings, container manufacturing, machinery and electronics, photovoltaics, and other industries.

Core Product Portfolio Showcased

At the exhibition, Ledar Chemical highlighted its MS sealant series, featuring elastic sealants, construction weatherproof sealants, eco-friendly interior sealants, and silicone structural sealants.

MS204 Elastic Sealant is a representative product for industrial sealing applications. Based on silicone-modified polymer technology, it offers key advantages including eco-friendly low odor, fast curing speed, and excellent weather resistance. The cured sealant does not shrink and maintains its initial shape, with a service life exceeding 10 years. It is particularly suitable for durable sealing of various gaps in containers and vehicle bodies.

S168 Construction Weatherproof Sealant is designed for prefabricated building joint sealing. As a low-modulus, non-bleeding weatherproof sealant, S168 features an elongation of approximately 300%, maintains elasticity durably, and does not bleed oil under long-term outdoor conditions. It is particularly suitable for waterproof sealing of precast concrete panel joints, stone curtain walls, and aluminum composite panel curtain walls.

For interior decoration applications, Ledar Chemical presented MS303 Eco-friendly Interior Sealant. Produced with imported eco-friendly materials, this product contains no toluene, formaldehyde, or any organic solvents. It is mold-resistant and insect-resistant, with a smooth and aesthetically pleasing cured surface, representing a new generation of green interior decoration materials.

Additionally, S997 Silicone Structural Sealant and MS200 Elastic Sealant were also exhibited, targeting structural bonding and industrial equipment sealing applications respectively.

Since 2004, when Leda Chemical collaborated with Japan‘s Kaneka Corporation to successfully develop MS- sealants, the company has continued to deepen its expertise in MS technology. Its products have been applied at scale in containers, interior decoration, and prefabricated buildings.
