Based on MS Polymer
MS205 is a one component sealant with lower viscosity and no sagging, which cures by reaction with moisture to a soft elastic product. It can be sprayed out by Air-spray gun and jet into the seam. Its skin formation and curing speed are dependent on humidity and temperature in surrounding, and the curing time also depends on accumulating depth or joint depth. Lower temperature and less moisture will retard curing speed.
Characteristics:
Environment-friendly and safe, with none of Solvent, PVC and Isocyanate.
Polish and smooth on the surface and no bubble inner.
Can be painted after skin-forming.
Excellent elastic, hardly any shrinkage, flexible and good cohesion to lots of substrates.
Can keep permanent elastic under temperatures between -40℃ to 90℃.
With excellent aging characteristics, anti-UV, more than 20years service life.
Application:
MS205 is suitable to paint on the materials surface by spraying or brushing for anti-rusting, water-proofing, sound insulating and anti-UV etc. and also used as a lower viscosity adhesive in industry.
Typical application:
To spray to form a thick coating for anti-impacted, anti-rotting and sound insulation, such as the under-pan of car, side-pan of room.
To paint on the materials surface for anti-UV coating.
To spray or brush on the board of roof, sideboard, vent-pipe for acting sealing, anti-rotting and sound insulating.
With laminated seaming and elastic lap bonding in manufacturing.
Using indication:
The coated place must be made clean and dry, with no oil and dust.
Adjust the air pressure of equipment to compatible value in order to easy sprayed, when brushed, the rubber piece may be better.
Best applied temperature is +15——+40℃，the viscosity will climb up with the temperature come down, to warm it before using.
To clean the equipment and tools in time, for it is hard to dispose them after cure finishing.
Take care of yourself during applying it.
