Basing on MS Polymer
MS500 Adhesive/Sealant is a one component adhesive with no sagging based on MS Polymer, after contact with moisture, it will hardening step by step and change into an elastic product. Its curing speed depends on the humidity and temperature in surrounding, the higher air temperature and moisture will promote its curing speed.
MS500 possess faster hardening, higher module and tensile strength, suit for elastic bounding and sealing.

Applications:
MS 500 Adhesive/Sealant has excellent bonding ability to all kinds of substrates, such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, most painted metal surfaces, PVC, polyester, ceramic, glass, painted and lacquered wood etc.
Typical applications:
For elastic bonding the metal and plastic in vehicle manufacture, such as to tack the side panel and the roof of the body.
Fixing the parts by bonding in equipment manufacturing.
To assemble small parts in industry manufacture instead of riveting and welding.
To seal the welding line and seams in industry.
Using Instructions:
The surface being bound must keep clean, dry and keeping dust or grease free.
When used in a spot with lower humidity or with airtight, it will hard to finish curing for less moisture.
When used for elastic bounding, the joint need to finish assembly before skinning (with no glue adhering on finger when touch slightly).
It can be extruded easily with a hand or air pressure gun at +5 —— +40℃. When it cold down, put it in worm place for a period of time before using).
