Basing on MS Polymer
MS510 is a one component adhesive/sealant with no sagging basing on MS Polymer, after contact with moisture, it will hardening step by step and change into an elastic product. Its curing speed depends on the humidity and temperature in surrounding, the higher air temperature or higher humidity will promote its curing schedule.
MS510 possess higher module and higher tensile strength, with permanence elastic and no shrinking, it is suit for elastic bounding and higher module sealing.

Hardly any shrinking, with less disfigurement after finishing curing.
Possess good adhesion to a very wide range of substrates.

Applications:
MS 510 Adhesive/Sealant has excellent bonding ability to all kinds of substrates, such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, most painted metal surfaces, PVC, polyester, ceramic, glass, painted and lacquered wood etc. It is general used as elastic adhesive or higher module sealant.
When faster curing speed needed, it is suitable for used as a 2-component adhesive by coupling with LEDAR MS6010.
Typical applications:
Sealing the seam in manufacturing, including butt joint and lap joint.
For assembling parts by elastic bonding in equipment manufacturing.
Bonding and sealing the parts in electric.
To bond the boards of carriage.
Using Instructions:
The surface being bound must keep clean, dry and keeping dust or grease free.
For bad rusty surface of metal (such as aluminum oxide, iron rust, copper rust), it should be burnished before bonded.
When used for elastic bounding, to joint up before skinning.
It can be extruded easily with a hand or air pressure gun at +5 —— +40℃. When it cold down, put it in worm place for a period of time before using.
