MS6021 is an elastic adhesive basing on MS polymer for industry bonding, which is divided into 2 components, MS6021A and MS6021B, MS6021A is as well as a 1-component adhesives, MS6021B is a curing booster. As a 2-compoents adhesive, MS6021 suitable for applied after mixing and extruding by specials machine. It is widely used for elastic bonding on all kinds of materials, including metals, plastic, stone and wood.
The best mixing proportion of A/B is 10/1 (volume).
Product Feature:
With short time in hardening, solidifying in 2hours after mixed, and can cement materials in 24hours.
With very lower shrinking distortion after mixing A and B. it can keep the original shape after finishing curing.
With higher modulus, tensile strength, and lap shear strength, usually used as higher strength elastic bond.
Good resistance vibrated and impacted.
Application:
MS 6021 is an adhesive with higher elastic modulus, It possess higher cohesion with primer-less for most of materials, usually used for bonding different materials instead of welding and riveting, the bond can well resistance vibrating and impacting as well as adapting the displacement coming from different material expanding. It is also usually used for bonding parts and jointing boards in manufacture.
Typical used:
For elastic bonding the widows, ceiling, sideboard etc. in cab or box.
For used to bond all kinds of parts in equipment assembling, the parts may be metal, wood, plastic etc.
Using Instructions:
The surface being bound must keep clean, dry and keeping dust or grease free. For bad rusty surface of metal (such as aluminum oxide, iron rust, copper rust), it should be burnished before bonded.
The color should be uniform after extruded from mixing tube. If not, the mixing effect needs to be taken into account.
The working life less 20min in 23℃ after mixed, when used for elastic bounding, the joint need to be mated up before skin forming (with no glue adhering on finger when touch slightly).
During the curing of adhesive and forming adhere ( 1day in 23℃), the continual impacting and vibrating come from external may lead to cohesive failure.
Due to especial or complicated materials and the large number different substrates, prior application trials are necessary before use.
It can be extruded easily and preferable mixing effect at +15 —— +40℃. When it cold down, put it in worm place for a period of time before using).

Storage direction:
It is frost-sensitive and should be stored in dry and lower temperature. Recommended storing temperature: 15℃——25℃ (not <10℃ and >50℃).
Shelf-life: usually 9months in original packaging. It will be shorten by different packing materials, real time rely on the label.
Packing & transporting:
MS6021A: 250 kg/Drum, 25kg/Pail.
MS6021B: 25 kg/pail.
